The Pilates Method is a non-impact system of exercise that uses many different pieces of specially designed equipment, including the reformer, cadillac, mat, barrels, chair and Magic Circle. PHYSALCHEMY is a fully equipped studio offering private sessions and group mat classes.

Particular attention is paid to meeting the specific needs of each individual. Each private session is tailored to your goals and ability. Lessons are taught by a Pilates Guild Certified Instructor.
